Most real estate sites hand you a black-box estimate. Attorney Broker does the opposite: its valuation tool fuses Claude's reasoning with hand-curated public data — school zoning, county permit history, FRED mortgage rates, OpenStreetMap amenities — then routes you to a licensed professional for a real price-guidance review.
We built the marketing site and the AI valuation experience on Next.js, wiring the Anthropic API to public-data sources and packaging the output into a clear, trustworthy report. The practice pairs a trial attorney and a licensed broker, so the software sets up a conversation rather than replacing it.
