(06)AI Workshops

Your team,
actually using AI.

Hands-on working sessions for teams that want AI in their daily work — not another slide deck about it. In person around the San Francisco Bay Area, or remote anywhere. Taught by the people who build with these tools every day.

(A)The short version

Most teams we meet are in the same spot: one or two people quietly saving hours a week with AI, and everyone else still treating it like a search box. A good workshop closes that gap.

We work on your work

Bring the tasks that eat your week — the reports, the inbox, the spreadsheet nobody likes. By the end of the session, AI is helping with those, not with made-up examples.

Plain English, start to finish

No acronyms, no hype. If a term matters, we explain it in one sentence and move on. People who've never touched these tools keep up just fine.

Honest about the limits

AI is genuinely useful and genuinely fallible. We show you where it saves hours, where it makes things up, and how to tell which is which — so trust is earned, not assumed.

(B)What we cover
01

How this stuff actually works

What AI tools are genuinely good at, what they get wrong, and how to tell the difference — in plain English, no jargon.

02

Your everyday work

Writing, research, summaries, spreadsheets, meeting notes. The repetitive parts of the job that AI quietly takes off your plate.

03

Repeatable workflows

Turning one-off wins into habits: prompts your team shares, checklists that stick, and simple automations for recurring work.

04

Building with AI

For technical teams: coding assistants, working prototypes, and where agents fit — grounded in how we build software every day.

05

Sensible ground rules

What data goes where, when to double-check the output, and a short, workable AI policy your team will actually follow.

Every session is built from these pieces, weighted to your team. A sales team gets more of 02 and 03; an engineering team gets more of 04. Nobody sits through material that isn't for them.

(C)How it works
01

A short call first

Thirty minutes to understand your team, your tools, and what a good outcome looks like. We build the session around your real work — not a generic deck.

02

The workshop

A half or full day, hands-on from the first hour. Everyone works on their own tasks with our help — the goal is that things are running before we leave the room.

03

A month later

We check back in: what stuck, what didn't, what questions came up once the shine wore off. Included, not an upsell.

Need something shorter? We also run a 90-minute briefing for leadership teams — same plain talk, zoomed out to strategy and what to do first.

(D)What you leave with
01

Working setups

AI configured and helping with your team's actual tasks — set up together during the session, not left as homework.

02

A shared playbook

The prompts, examples, and ground rules from the day, written up for your team — so the person who missed it can catch up, and the wins get reused.

03

A “not yet” list

The things we'd hold off on automating, and why. Knowing where AI doesn't fit is half of using it well.

04

A plan for the next month

Two or three concrete next steps, sized to your team — things you can start the following Monday without us.

(E)Book a workshop

Bring us in.

Tell us a little about your team and what you'd like to get better at. We'll reply personally — usually within a day or two — with a few times to talk.

Flying solo? Individuals are welcome too — pick “Just me” below and we'll fold you into a small group session, or set up one-on-one time if that fits better.
